Love. 4 letters that hold such sacred potency. Return to love, and the rest will follow. Lead from love, and the rest will flow. Love is the strongest medicine. Love is the antidote to the hate programming which has been at the forefront for too long. My own journey began when I understood that in order to love myself, I needed to embody love. Love embodied. It is more than just saying I love you. But it is feeling, knowing, and believing that you yourself are love. The more people who expand into love, the more love will lead. By anchoring love deeper into Self, into Earth, and into Hearth (heart + Earth), Peace will prevail.

Trust. You have been taught to doubt and to turn to the “expert” for guidance. What if . . . you have always been the expert? You ARE the expert. You have been turning outward, distracted, and not finding that which you have been looking for. Left to feel empty, confused, lost, desolate. Like the desert animals that survive with minimal water, you have been surviving on false stories and narratives. Step out of survival mode and into Thrivation mode. It is time to look within, to Trust yourself, and re-member that you have been the expert all along. For how could any other possibly know what is best for you? You are uniquely designed and you hold all the answers deep within your cellular and Soulular body.

Allow. All that you need, all that you have, all that you are. Allow it. Allow - it’s Latin roots from Praise - to allocate, to admit the Truth of - Praise your Truth and Allow it to guide you. Your inner compass has been trying to guide you all of this time, but you have been so distracted that you haven’t noticed which way the arrow was pointing. To your Heart. To your Womb. To the Earth and to the Sky. As above, so below, as within, so without. When you make space to allow - the Universe provides for you in the most magical and unimaginable ways. The better it gets, the better it is. And oh boy, does it get to be juicy, lustrous and joyfully magical.

Medicine. The Western Medical definition of medicine is “the science and practice of caring for patients, managing the diagnosis, prognosis, prevention, treatment, palliation of their injury or disease, and promoting their health.” A Medicine Woman, on the other hand, “is the one that carries the true medicine for the aching hearts of this world. She is the physician of the soul that is able to move in between the worlds and help others awaken, heal, and reclaim their true soul's message and embodiment.” What I know in my heart is there is space for both. But what I know in my Soul to be True is that I am here to walk with other’s to awaken, heal and reclaim their true soul’s embodiment and message. YOU are your own Medicine, you are the expert of your own body, you KNOW the way. I am here to walk alongside you, holding you and shining the light as you embody more of your light, so the way can be wholly illuminated.

Nature. The elements of air, earth, water, fire and ether are our teachers and create opportunities for us to deepen our connection to self as well as connection to each realm/element.

Nurturance. To nurture is to provide emotional and physical nourishment to oneself and then to others. By nurturing ourselves, like a mother would nurture her newborn, we can then in turn have more capacity and ability to show up to listen and nurture those we interact with in the world. Nature also teaches us nurturance. Like tending to the garden. The soil must be tilled, the seeds planted, then watered, then weeded, then the harvest comes. We must nurture our own vessels with the same attention and care. Nurture your inner garden and the harvest will flourish. Let the weeds overtake, and you will lose sight of what it means to truly live.

Live. Life is meant to be lived. We have been under the guise of a system that expects productivity before play. A life well-lived is a life where play takes centre stage. It is time we reclaim our innocence and prioritize playing on the playground of life.

Playfulness. Many of us have forgotten how to play, some of us from a very young age were given no choice but to “grow up” but growing up doesn’t mean no longer playing. In fact, play is one of the key ingredients to keeping our hearts soft, to growing old while maintaining our youthful radiance and jubilance.

Soften. The softer your heart, the deeper and wider you can love. The down filled feather bed of the Universe will always be there to catch you. Lean back into the Trust of yourself, Trust of your Heart, and Trust of the Universe, and allow the softness to guide you deeper into yourself. Into your heart. Into love. Let the walls of protection begin to fall, crumble, and gently slip away as you become.. More.. of… you.

Presence. The greatest present you can gift yourself is being present to each moment. In the present, that is where the aliveness begins and ends.

Authenticity. We all arrive here with a unique blueprint. One that is like no other. Authenticity means you embody your Truth and show up in the world as all that you are. By being authentic, you are encouraging others to also do the same. And you are living in the way that your Soul came here to Be.

Alchemy. The ability to feel it all, alchemizing it through the body. Turning lead into gold from within. When you alchemize sadness or anger through the body as the processor, without judgment or story, you create room for more pleasure, joy and delight in all areas of your life.

Divinity and Creativity. The Divine Mother and the Divine Father co-created the Divine sacred child that is you. You are of the Earth and of the Stars. You are magic embodied. You are Divinity embodied. You are the God/Goddess Essence embodied. When we can step back from the dogma that has been placed upon us, we are able to re-member and re-claim our True Divine Essence, the All-Essence. In truth, we are in constant co-creation with Source, the Universe, God. We are the Creator and the Creator Force comes from within.

Aliveness. Following the current of aliveness. The life force that bubbles from deep within. Listening to the whispers of your Soul and cultivating connection to all parts of yourself.

Song. The Soul song is one expression of our unique blueprint. Our voice is medicine. When we release the shackles and allow the Source Song/Soul Song to flow through us, our re-membering deepens. That is why the Light Language is so potent because it cuts through the mind and gets straight to the heart of you. Always remember to sing, especially in the shower. When water and song collide, your day is bound to be filled with beauty.

Community. Like mycelium, we thrive best when we are in community. The network supporting us, empowering us, holding us when we are in times of struggle and always weaving for greater growth and resilience.

Curiosity. Childlike curiosity is the lens for which life is meant to be viewed. A lens of curiosity creates opportunity for connection whereas a lens of judgment or assumption tends to separation.

Compassion. First, for yourself. Yes, you can and you MUST have compassion for yourself. Something I wish I knew many years sooner. Even as a health care provider, trained to care for others, I was never taught that I could/should/must have compassion for myself. It was never taught in school. I didn’t know it was an option. I thought I had to be my own biggest critic, and boy had I ever had that nailed.

Wonder. Childlike wonder. The ‘awe’ at the simplistic beauty and the complicated interweavings. The awe at how much the human body mirrors nature (ie. the veins like the veins of leaves, the lungs like the trees, and so on).

‘Doors to the Divine.’ A sprinkle of Pixie dust - love, faith, and a little trust. The doors to the Divine are all around us. Teensy tiny fairy sized doors and gargantuan doors that you couldn’t possibly miss. Keep your eyes and heart open and let the childhood imagination and innocence show you the way.
